TERMS OF SERVICE
PLEASE NOTE:
-You must be 18 or older to commission me. I will ask for proof of age.
-There are no rush orders or deadlines.
-The price of shipping is NOT included in quotes. Shipping is calculated once the project is completed
-Vrykolakosplay reserves the right to post images of any work done on social media, and model the suit
-Vrykolakosplay reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
-Vrykolakosplay is not responsible for any injury due to improper use, heat, etc.
-I work a full time job M-F, so my fursuit work is reserved for weekday nights and weekends. Thank you for your patience!
𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐑𝐆𝐘 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐄: I live in a house with a cat. While the work will be done away from the cat, there is no guarantee the work will be 100% free of cat hair/dander. Vrykolakosplay will NOT be responsible for any allergic reactions.
QUOTES AND PAYMENT
Quotes are free and are valid for 3 months. Shipping prices are not included in quote or base prices. Prices will vary depending on the character's complexity. You are not obliged to go through with the commission when you receive your quoted prices. If you agree with the quoted price and want to pursue the commission, a 30% deposit is required within two (2) weeks of receiving the quote in order to secure your spot in the queue. Quoted prices are non-negotiable, however, if you would like to upgrade your commission (for example, add an extra pair of paws or upgrade from a partial to a fullsuit), you are welcome to do so.

*𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐔𝐒𝐃 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐩𝐚𝐥'𝐬 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧*
Vrykolakosplay requires a 30% non-refundable deposit of your total quoted price within 2 weeks of receiving your quote. This will be used to secure your spot in the queue. Materials will be ordered, but the fursuit will not be sent out to the owner until full payment is received.
Payment plans are an option but must be approved by me first.
If there is no contact from the commissioner for 30 days, Vrykolakosplay has the right to cancel the commission with no refund.
REQUIRED REFERENCES
A safe for work character reference sheet is required for all non-artistic liberty projects. Front and back facing views are required, and a side view is strongly suggested. To ensure the right colors are ordered, the reference sheet must have flat colors (no shading, highlights, etc.). The expression of the character should be similar to what you would like the head's expression to be. Reference sheets should also include the character's name, species, and any other relevant information. The character should be shown in multiple angles so the viewer can see all details and markings clearly.
WORK IN PROGRESS/ EDITS
Frequent progress pictures will be emailed to the commissioner, and construction methods will be discussed. If you are not happy with the progress and wish to request a change, you must do so within 24 hours of receiving the pictures. Large changes are not advised, as this can lower the suit's quality.
*Major design factors, including the fur color and type, the species, the character design, and other materials ordered cannot be changed. These will be chosen and ordered in the beginning, so if you have any questions or are concerned about the materials please ask ASAP. If a major change is needed, a fee may be required at my discretion. Fur/fabric samples will be ordered during the planning phase, and multiple comparison photos will be taken in different light conditions.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable. Refunds will only be granted if Vrykolakosplay cannot complete the project. If the customer cancels, the payment has been forfeit and is non-refundable, however the customer may choose to have what was completed, as well as the materials sent to them. Once the finished product is mailed out, payment is non-refundable. Issuing an unauthorized chargeback is considered theft and legal action will be taken.
Vrykolakosplay reserves the right to cancel or deny service in extreme situations. These situations include, but are not limited to: the customer giving unreasonable demands, harassment of any kind, or threats.
SHIPPING
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for shipping, as well as any customs fees/taxes. Shipping costs will be calculated once the product is finished, as it will depend on the package's weight and size, as well as the buyer's location. Vrykolakosplay ships from the USA. Orders will not be shipped until they have been payed in full.
Vrykolakosplay is not responsible for the package once it has been mailed out. The package will also NOT be labeled as a gift in order to skip extra fees. The package will be insured, and a tracking number will be provided to the commissioner.
WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
My items have a 60 day warranty once they are received. Within this time frame you can send back the fursuit part to me for repairs. I will pay for the shipping back to you, but you have to pay the shipping to me.
The following conditions void the warranty:
-ANY unauthorized alterations (excluding general repairs)
-Damages caused by the buyer due to mishandling, inappropriate use, etc.
-If the suit was used in any sexual situation
-If the suit was used while smoking
-Neglect/improper care
Furthermore, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Edits can only be made with written approval from Vryko (not including repairs like fixing popped seams).
Instructions on how to properly care for your fursuit will be provided in a care sheet, which will be packaged with the fursuit.
REFURBISHMENTS
Owners of a fursuit made by Vryko may inquire about a refurbishment at anytime. Refurbishments qualify as changes on the fursuit outside of the warranty period and can include (but are not limited to): slight design changes, upgraded materials and techniques, repairs, and adding new features. Refurbishments done for fursuits not made by Vryko are not accepted.
I CAN DO.....
-Removable accessories (including but not limited to: eyelids, tongues, horns, etc.)
-Piercings
-Fabric or detailed (EVA) horns
-Interchangeable horns
-Complex markings
-LED/glow in the dark/UV eyes
-Plastic or fabric teeth
-Moving jaws (resin/3D prints only)
-Removable eye mesh
-Arm wings
-Large tails
-Spikes, quills, etc.
I WILL NOT....
-Copy another maker's style or characters
-Do designs with large amounts of gradients
-Create anything offensive/political/racist, etc. ANY application for an offensive character will be immediately discarded
-Refurbish another maker's work
-Make large back wings (i.e. wings requiring a sturdy harness)
-Do airbrushing anywhere on the suit other than the head
-Do animatronics or animated LEDs
-Make Protogens (I am not that skilled in electronics)
